Vintage Vehicles - Terms and Conditions of Entry - LCCP Show - 28 July 2012
The Latchley, Chilsworthy and Coxpark Show takes place at the Show Ground, Latchley, commencing for the general public at 1.00 pm.
Entry forms must be returned to E. Warren, The Retreat, Under Road, Gunnislake, Cornwall PL18 9JL by Monday before the show, together with an S.A.E. for return of the acceptance and car pass.
Exhibitors are to be on the field no later than 12.00 noon. Please note: This is a static display.
Conditions of Entry
- The Committee of the Latchley, Chilsworthy and Coxpark Show and the Landowner of the land on which the Show is held, and their respective agents, servants, licensees and representatives are hereinafter called "The Organizers".
- The person who has signed this form is hereinafter called "The Exhibitor".
- To qualify for a plaque, one per Exhibitor, a completed Entry Form must have been received by the Organisers by Monday before the show.
- All exhibits are accepted on the strict understanding that the Exhibitor fully and totally indemnifies the Organizers against all civil claims and proceedings of whatever nature brought or made against the Organizers in respect of any personal injury or loss of property, however caused, which arises out of, or in any way is connected with, the Exhibit. The Exhibitor, in signing the Entry Form confirms that he/she has suitable and sufficient insurance cover to meet all claims subject to this indemnity.
- All dogs belonging to Exhibitors or their representatives must be kept on a lead at all times during the show.
- The vehicle pass issued to each Exhibitor is to be securely fixed to the windscreen before arrival, to avoid delay at the gate.
- All other liabilities will be covered by the Organizers insurance.
Regulations for Exhibitors
- On arrival, all Exhibitors should report to E.Warren for directions.
- For insurance and safety reasons, vehicles are not permitted to enter or leave the site after 12 noon until the show closes at approximately 5.30 p.m. (This will be strictly applied.)
- After unloading, vehicles may be parked on the site as directed by the Site Marshal.
- Exhibitors are requested to remove their litter and leave the pitch in a clean and tidy condition.
- Any fuel for Exhibitors must be kept in approved containers.
- No engines may be left running unattended.
- And finally please enjoy yourself at the show.
