Trade Stands

Details, terms and Conditions

This form together with any Trade Entry forms must be returned to the Show Chairman, Jeff Hearn, at Coxpark Farm, Coxpark, Gunnislake, Cornwall, PL18 9BB as soon as convenient.


1. Date of LCCP Show: as above.  


2. Applications and Payment: Trade Stand reservations will be made when payment has been received. Confirmation of booking will be sent, by e-mail, once payment has been received.

 
3. Trade Stands: Please discuss your requirements when booking your “Pitch”. The price of each “Pitch” will be £10. The price does not include any Electricity, Tents, Gazebos, Tables, Chairs etc all of which have to provided by the Traders. If Generators are to be used please discuss this with the Show Chairman as you will need to adhere to appropriate Safety Standards. Any fuel to be used must be kept in approved containers. All dogs belonging to Traders or their representatives must be kept on a lead at all times during the Show.


4. Times: Exhibitors are to be on the field and set up by 12.30. The Show will close at 5.30 pm and for Insurance and Safety reasons vehicles are not permitted to leave the Site until after this time. Your Trade Entry Fee includes the cost of TWO free passes. Any other family members or friends will be charged at the normal entry fee rates.

5. Insurance: Each Trader MUST provide proof of Public Liability Cover Insurance (PLC) up to £2,000,000 (two million pounds).  


6. Loss/Damage: Traders are solely responsible for their own property, loss or damage thereof.


7. Complaints: Please consult with the Show Chairman during the event in order that any problem may be rectified.
