This form together with any Craft Entry Forms must be returned to the
Applications and Payment: Craft Stand reservations cannot be made. Until full payment has been received Trade Stands cannot be guaranteed. Confirmation of booking will be sent once payment has been received.
Craft Stands: Tables within the Craft Tent or a Pitch around the Show Arena will be allocated depending on your requirements. The price of each Table within the Craft Tent will be £10 but the price of each Pitch will be determined by the size, frontage, location of the Pitch required. Please discuss your exact requirements when booking your Table/Pitch. The price for each Table within the Craft Tent will include a chair and electricity if required but in the case of a Pitch the price does not include any electricity, tents, gazebos, tables, chairs etc all of which have to provided by the traders. If generators are to be used please discuss this with the Show Chairman upon arrival as you will need to adhere to appropriate safety standards. Any fuel to be used must be kept in approved containers. All dogs belonging to Traders or their representatives must be kept on a lead at all times during the Show.
Times: Exhibitors are to be on the site no later than 12.00 noon and set up and prepared in time for admission of the public at 1.00 pm. The Show will close at 5.30 pm and for insurance and safety reasons vehicles are not permitted to leave the site until after this time. Your Craft Entry Fee includes the cost of two free passes. Any other family members or friends will be charged at the normal entry fee rates.
Insurance: Each Trader must provide proof of Public Liability Cover Insurance (PLC) up to £2,000,000 (Two Million Pounds).
Loss/Damage: Traders are solely responsible for their own property, loss or damage thereof.
Complaints: Please consult with the Show Chairman during the event in order that any problem may be rectified.
